Stomp Asbury Park Theatre reviews
Great show but...
"Stomp always puts on a great show, and this one was up there with the best, right as I walked around going to get a drink, I could tell.
My issue is with the venue's parking information. Ticketmaster did not include it at the purchase point, so it seemed as though there was no parking fee, as I didn't remember paying to park last time. Yet when we got there, it was actually $10 cash. My bf had to drop me off, then drive down to a store to get cash back, and he missed the first two acts. After the show, I found an email from Ticketmaster that was sent only 5 hours before the show, that went to my Junk Mail folder, with parking information.
In certain seating sections it sounds like you're listening through a very loud tin can. I knew that going in and chose my seats accordingly, and hoped it had been fixed since the last time I went there - but it's still the same.
This should have been sent out DAYS before the show, not hours. It would have saved us a lot of trouble."
